Pillar Care Support Services is a registered NDIS provider supporting participants across Melbourne's Western Suburbs including Werribee, Wyndham Vale, Tarneit, Truganina, Hoppers Crossing, Point Cook and surrounding areas. We provide personal care, community participation, household tasks, transport assistance, life skills development, Supported Independent Living (SIL) and support coordination focused on helping participants achieve their goals and live independently.
